Mini Drama
- Kerren Garner & Hannah Rowlands
Ages 5 to 7

Mini Drama is a chance for your child to express themselves in a new way and let their imagination run wild. Mini Drama is a fun and expressive class for children aged between 5 and 7. The classes will consist of games, movement, improvisation, story telling and learning to express themselves physically and vocally. A great introduction to the wonderful world of drama and acting.

Junior Drama - Helen Day
Ages 7 to 11

The drama class at the Beacon focuses on the skills of acting: imagination, physicality and vocal work. Using a combination of text work, improvisation and the use of visual stimulus the group works as an ensemble and in small groups.

Youth Theatre Group -
Helen Day
Ages 11 to 16

Students will be working on improvisations, drama exercises, games voice work, some scripted work and other related skills. This promotes team and leadership skills, explores the relationship between feelings, values and expression and is extremely enjoyable.

The aim is to produce short performances. For those students who feel unsure about being on stage there is the opportunity to be involved in managing the event, from set design to thinking about costumes.
